Hey y'all!! Feliz lunes!! I've been thinking a lot lately about why I'm out here, why I decided to serve. Missionary work is so fulfilling, but it requires a lot of a person. Their whole heart committed to the work, their mind devoted to the language, constantly knocking, walking, writing, teaching, sharing. And all for Him. To think that I will be doing this for 16 more months is a little daunting. It's a good thing we don't do it alone :). I came out here because I love people and I love my Savior. Throughout my life I've met people from all different walks of life, different cultures, religions, life experiences, and God has taught me how to love them all. I see the love He has for them, His children, and I'm so grateful that He has allowed me to get to know each of them. Hey everyone!! I know I've been slacking again, (shame on me), but I'll try to get y'all caught up and keep it short and sweet :). It's hard to believe that just two weeks ago I was saying goodbye to the MTC and now I'm serving the Lord down in Kentucky!! It was definitely a bittersweet last couple of days in Provo. Our district had become so much of a family to me, and each of them has a special place in my heart. They have such strong testimonies and are examples to me every day. I'm so proud of them and I know they're going to change lives out there!! The craziness started that last Monday in the MTC. Me and Hermana Harston were sleeping soundly in our beds and all.of a sudden some lady opens our door at 4 in the morning and tells me my flight was that morning!
